Orders are packed and dispatched within 2-3 working days of order confirmation. During festive seasons (Diwali, Valentine's, weddings) dispatch may take slightly longer; we will inform you on WhatsApp if there is any delay.
Delivery usually takes 7-10 working days after dispatch, depending on your pin code. Remote locations may take longer.
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details by email/SMS or WhatsApp.
Every candle is packed carefully with protective material. Please record an unboxing video when you open your parcel, as it is required for any damage claim (see our Refund Policy).
Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or because it could not be delivered, re-shipping charges will be payable by the customer.
